SHORT SALE OPPORTUNITY in Wake Forest's Margot's Pond! Situated on a spacious 1.01-acre lot, this 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home offers approximately 2,200 square feet, a 2-car garage, fenced backyard, and plenty of potential for a buyer ready to put some work into a home and make it their own. The home features a two-story great room, high ceilings and fireplace, an oversized primary suite with vaulted ceilings, two additional bedrooms with a Jack-and-Jill bath, and a large multi-level deck overlooking the backyard.
